Expercent Our Commitment to Your Financial Privacy
We understand that it is important to you to know that the information you provide us will be secure. Expercent uses sophisticated technology to help ensure that the information you transmit online remains confidential and secure. Here are some of the security measures we have integrated into Expercent to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information you provide us:
- Your personal financial information is used solely by us for purposes of processing your transaction and is not distributed to non-affiliated companies.
- All personal information that you input online, including your credit card number, is encrypted by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) system that establishes a secure connection between you and Expercent. Our Secure Socket Layer has been authenticated and activated by VeriSign for the strongest encryption that is commercially available. This technology requires a SSL-capable browser such as MS Internet Explorer 3.0 (or later) or Netscape Navigator 2.0 (or later).
- Transmissions between Expercent and you are encrypted using public key cryptography algorithms with a minimum key size of 128 bits.
- Our database is physically separated from our web server and is protected by a physical firewall.
- The information you provide us is stored in Expercent servers that are located in a secure facility with restricted access. There is no outside company that provides administration of our systems.
- Our online approval process provides individual login that relies on the user name and password that you select.
Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated through the Expercent website at least 5 days in advance of implementation. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the old privacy policy. Questions regarding this statement should be directed to the Expercent coordinator at customersupport@expercent.com
