Make any minor repairs and ensure that
all major appliances are in good working order. |

Complete detailed cleaning. |

Remove all clutter from in and around
your house. |

Polish floors and/or clean carpets. |

Upon acceptance of an offer,
arrange for a termite inspection. |

Buyer will order a home
inspection and appraisal of your property. |

Escrow will be opened with
terms outlined in purchase agreement. |

Final walk-through with
buyer will be scheduled within a few days of the close
