To establish a Standard Listing, an Expercent Real Estate Specialist will come out to your home and present the details of our service. Several factors are taken into consideration including: Condition of property, projected price, how fast you want to sell, current market conditions, etc. The maximum commission rate is 6%. For Sale By Owner Listing

Sell your home for 1% commission! Not one percent for one side of the deal but one percent total! If you have a friend or family member ready to purchase your house and that person agrees to use GNM home loans for their financing, your total commission for the complete real estate service is only 1%. If your buyer's mortgage is from another company your commission rate will be a low 1.5%.
